Contest Rules

1. How to Enter

A proof of purchase of the Teresa Collins Cut'n'Boss on HSN on June 11th or 12th is necessary to enter or win.  Enter our "Gold Rush" Sweepstakes by completing this online form here OR print the entry form & mail it along with a copy of your HSN invoice to the following address postmarked no later than July 31, 2014:

2. Eligibility

The Gold Rush Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  Employees of Craftwell and other companies associated with the promotion of the contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as immediate family, spouse, parents, sibilings and children and househhold members of each employee are not eligible.  The Promotion is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Timing

Entry forms must be postmarked no later than July 31, 2014 to be eligible to win.

4. Sponsor

5. Agreement and Official Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrance for an unconditional agreement to and exceptions of these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.  Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.  All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.  Void where prohibited.
