I am missing my C plate. I cant find the C PLATES.! I have both the Cut n Boss and the E Bosser.. Why would you make these 2 machines and don:t have tthe parts available? so what the means is throw both of machines in the TRASH,,,, If you make all of the plates (the C plate) I will concider buying several. than you…

We sold out on the C plates, that is why you don’t see them on our shopping website and waiting on our inventory. If you would like, we might have some used ones and can email cs@craftwellusa.com to inquire about them.
Where can I buy the machine? Ebosser? I read somewhere they are discontinued is that true?
Hi Rjnj22! Unfortunately, the eBosser is discontinued and no longer make them. We do have the Fabmatic that is similar to the eBosser.
So w;hen and where will the new Cut N Boss be available for purchase? It appears the old one is discontinued and the new version is no where to be purchased? Makes me rethink buying a product that
is so evasive.
Hi Diana! We do apologize that the Cut’n’Boss is still not available to purchase. At the moment, Create and Craft would be the only retailer that sells it. They are in the process of obtaining inventory of the Cut’n’Boss hopefully soon. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
